Practice Areas:
Mr. Rider, a shareholder of the firm, practices in the areas of general civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, construction litigation, premises liability, commercial trucking, automobile defense, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith. Mr. Rider regularly represents general contractors and subcontractors in complex residential and commercial construction litigation. Mr. Rider has extensive experience representing commercial trucking companies and their drivers in litigation and insurance related matters. In this regard, Mr. Rider has successfully defended bodily injury, property damage and wrongful death cases. Additionally, Mr. Rider handles pre-suit claims and investigations on behalf of commercial trucking companies and insurance companies for losses and potential litigation. He has extensive experience in both federal and state courts in the State of Colorado, having successfully handled numerous cases from their inception through the trial and appellate processes. Mr. Rider also represents clients in all alternative dispute resolution forums.
