Mr. Speckhals is a 2014 graduate of the University of Colorado Law School. After graduating, he worked as a law clerk for various trial and appellate court judges in Colorado, Arizona, and Utah. After clerking, he worked at a respected civil defense firm in Salt Lake City where he practiced primarily in the areas of professional liability, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. He joined Rider Kafer, P.C. in 2021, where he handles a variety of civil matters. Given his experience clerking for both trial and appellate court judges, Mr. Speckhals is well equipped to represent his clients in a variety of settings.
